It isn't that I didn't expect the book to be good at all but it was free when I downloaded it so I didn't have high expectations. The last free book I read absolutely drove me crazy and I only finished it because I have a little reading OCD where I have to finish even the worst.It starts out a little all over and you have to sort out the past/current events, but once you do, it really is a cute way to format this story. I was drawn into the characters pretty quickly and my heart went along for the ride in their story. I've paid for books I enjoyed a lot less. *Spoiler alert... though it is a great little summer romance read, it does not end perfectly in all happiness and roses. So if that is what you are looking for while sprawled out on your beach or pool towel, save this one for another day, but still read it.

I couldn't put it down! Even though, I have piles of laundry and papers to write, this book took 1st priority! I instantly connected with the characters and was on the edge of my seat. The ending was beautiful, amazing and so incredibly well written. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a great love story. I hope she writes more in the future.
I downloaded this as a "freebie" on my , so I wasn't sure that it would be worthy of my time. I absolutely LOVED this book and stayed up all night reading it. First, the idea of asking three questions in a long distance romance held a lot of intrigue. I've been there, done that. Then, the twists and turns that started developing as I got to know the characters hooked me, right through the last page. I did not want it to end. For a first book, this is definitely a keeper. I've already recommended it to my friends.
If the author hadn't put this up onto 's program, I probably never would've found it to read. Thanks, , for being so creative in marketing books.
I agree with some of the other reviewers that the beginning of the book made it a bit hard to get into. I expected the typical letter writing happy ending story - being an American I definitely know the word cheesy. But as I read it the descriptions became fuller and especially as the timelines finally converged (the letters and questions are from 9 months after the timeline the author starts with) the book changes into something else entirely. It is incredibly honest and I could not stop crying by the end. It was such a beautiful story and Im so grateful that the author was willing to share it.
A book written by a 20-something woman. A book about a 20-something woman. A book focused on finding oneself and finding love. Sure, one can easily dismiss this novel as shallow "chick lit." But don't make that mistake with THREE QUESTIONS. It's truly so much more.
Lopez has taken themes and topics we've all seen before and delivered an entirely original, inspiring, emotional roller coaster of a tale. Her protagonist is tangible and true - a rare combination from a debut novelist.
If you've ever felt adrift in your post collegiate "grown up" life, you'll find something here. If you've ever felt "electricity conducting through your fingertips" when you met someone special, you'll find something here. If you've ever wondered how to find that intersection between love and life, between friends and career, between emotion and rationality...you'll find something here.
Three Questions is a fairly quick read, but it offers a deep conduit to the reader's inner emotional core. Tap into it...you won't regret it.
This story riveted me from page one. The development of characters and story line was intriguing and kept me glued to the book until I was finished. And then, when I got to the last chapter, I didn't want it to end. For a first time author, Meagan Lopez has captured my imagination. This is truly a book that is a page turner. I was amazed at the diversity of emotions I felt. I laughed, I cried, I re-read the emails back and forth between the two lovers and really felt as though I were living the story myself. I am looking forward to a sequel or prequel! This book will appeal to young and old and all in between.
Amazing book..turned out so differently than I thought when I started reading it... I love this relationship that they built together. This was a GOOD BOOK. So unique. So unpredictable.
Once I opened this novel, at the behest of a dear friend, I could not put it down. It was interesting and spontaneous. You don't expect the book to bring you into such a deep level of love, respect and maturity as it does. It initially just seems cute, but the author slowly develops the characters to the point of your investment into their relationships, or lack thereof. It was funny and inspiring. The author does a lovely job of making you want to know deep, true love. I think this would make an EXCELLENT movie. Since you will surely ask yourself,"should I read this book?" please just answer "YES!"
